Damsas Mega Business Limited comprises Damsas Mega Recruiters and Consult, which provides corporate and domestic staffing solutions, including recruitment, training, and placement services. Papyrus Global, the media arm, includes Papyrus TV Africa, an online television platform, Papyrus Monthly Magazine, a renowned publication, and Papyrus Daily, an online news blog (link here). Born in the early 1980s to the family of Chief Justin Damsa, a retired police officer and District Head from Logo Local Government, Benue State, Hon. Chief Doofan Damsa-Justin began her public service career quite early. She served as a councillor in her early twenties under the administration of His Excellency, Sen. Gabriel Torwua Suswam, as the governor of Benue State.
Her quest for education led her to obtain a Diploma in Mass Communication at Benue State University, a BSC in Business Administration at Nasarawa State University, and later to study at the Ghana Institute of Journalism in Accra, Ghana.
She has established herself as a seasoned journalist with a career spanning over two decades. Her passion for capacity building, socioeconomic development and empowerment through skills acquisition, talent recognition, and promotion of good governance sets her apart.
